75 Hard

I’m sure we have all heard of the 75 by now. I’ve always thought about committing to the challenge of it but have always been intimidated, until I recently realized that my life is pretty similar to 75 hard. I decided that I want to fully commit to 75 hard starting June 1st to hold myself accountable and really lock down the practices I love most in my life.

My Rules

I know there are set rules for 75 hard, but I wanted to adjust them to align with my goals and values. Heres what they are:

  1. 3 meals a day

    Sometimes I’m really bad with eating three full meals a day and just end up snacking throughout. I really want to be intentional about getting good and full meals in every day.

  2. Only eating out in social situations

    Save money and eat healthier! Only eat out with friends.

  3. Two work outs a day- One must be outside

  4. Drink a gallon of water a day

  5. Read 10 pages of a book a day

    Any genre, but at least ten pages a day!

  6. Read the bible every day

    I try to do this, but sometimes I fall out of my routine, I really want to be intentional with this!

  7. Deep clean the apartment once a week

    I usually keep my apartment pretty tidy, but I want to deep clean it super frequently and be consistent so I never have to worry about my apartment being dirty.
